Booking Policy

If you are booking for two or fewer attendees, we suggest choosing to pay manually, by BACS. You can then hold off paying the balance until you've heard from us that the course is definitely proceeding, as we need at least three attendees booked on for any public course to go ahead. If you are booking for three or more attendees, you are welcome to email us and request specific dates that suit you and your colleagues. Simply email info@korro.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your preferred dates. Cancellations or reschedule requests will only be possible if made at least seven days before the course commences. Cancellations less than seven days from the course start date will result in a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds are available for no shows.
